What shape is the earth ?

So sang the famous Billy Joel ?!! No, i am not talking about the song that captured the events of the 20th century, but about the 21st century and the future that we are leaving to our children. Yes, the environment is changing and yes of course, we did start this fire.
Don’t agree ?!! But the Nobel Prize winners for 2007 – the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change ( IPCC ) and Albert Arnold Gore Jr. say so and which is why the Peace prize is shared by them this year.
So what do we have to change in the coming days ? Well… to start with lets say we need to stop all coal plants and other plants that use coal for energy. Sounds simple ?!! But its not so easy as close to 70 percent of electricity generated in India uses coal plants instead of thermal or other ways.
